Howdy! My name is Pat Butler and I am a Texas Real Estate Broker who specializes in helping people sell and lease real estate throughout Bryan-College Station and the surrounding rural communities of Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Robertson, Leon and Madison counties.

My Background
I was born and raised in Bryan, Texas and had the opportunity of growing up on a small ranch in the Tabor community, which is just north of Bryan. While attending Bryan High School I held many offices, advisory, and leadership positions within Student Council, Students Against Drunk Drivers, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the National FFA organization to name a few.

As a young man, I was always interested in computers and technology and operated my own electronic bulletin board system (BBS) from the time I was 14 years old. BBS'ing was a popular way for the general public to participate in news groups, forums, and exchange data prior to the availability and wide spread use of the internet in the late 80's and early 90's.

Education and Career
After graduating from Blinn College and attending Texas A&M University I began my real estate career by becoming a licensed salesperson by the Texas Real Estate Commission in 1993. Serving as a FULL TIME real estate agent for 15+ yrs has allowed me to gain hands-on and practical experience in every aspect of the real business. I'm extremely active in investment property analysis, management, acquisition and sales,  residential and commercial leasing, rural acreage / farm & ranch sales and development, and ALL types of real estate consulting -  my true passion is helping people buy, sell and lease HOMES!

With all the things I have experienced within my real estate career, I must admit that helping people find their new home is the most pleasurable aspect of the business! I enjoy meeting people and their families, listening to their needs and most importantly helping them with solutions to make (and retain) the most they can when buying or leasing their new home! For most of us, our home is not just a piece of real estate - it is a place where we spend a significant part of our lives.

My Vision & Goal
After studying the national real estate trends and keeping a close eye on the many technological advances that have changed the real estate industry over the past 5 years and the way(s) in which consumers are utilizing this new technology to make buying or selling easier -  I decided to combine my life's two passions, computers and real estate, and opened Clear Vision Brokerage in the spring of 2003.

Summary
CVBroker.com was designed to provide consumers a plethora of information about our local, state, and national real estate markets, practices, trends, and applicable laws governing the  real estate industry to better educate our customers and clients about the complexities selling, buying and leasing real estate in today's ever-evolving  world. I have designed CVB to provide a variety of traditional, as well as new real estate services to consumers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.  g
