SHOW ME THE MONEY!!

Although each of the (4) plans are going to put A LOT more of your money in your pocket, it's not hard to figure out which one is the best for you and your business. If you're like me, you not eager to share information. Before you do, you're going to do as much research as possible to find out the answers the two most basic questions:
1. What's in it for me? A way to KEEP practically 100% of your commission!! You pay your monthly fee and the closing fee for every closing/transaction.
2. What's the catch? If you can find one, let me know. I only wish someone would have offered me something like this 10-15 years ago.

Let me provide some basic examples and ACTUAL numbers to put things in perspective. I'll be using (3) typical commission splits: 50/50, 70/30, & 90/10. These are "true" splits and do not have franchise fees, office fees, advertising fees, phone fees, copy fees, or whatever else your Broker might be deducting from your checks now. Our business is all about the numbers and you SHOULD know your numbers (gross and net) better than anyone else.

The "New" or "Part-Time" Agent

This model will appeal the most to those that are beginning their careers, part-time agents, and those who handle a very small portion of business but want to stay active. These estimates have been based on an average sales price of $125,000, average commission of 3% (one side participation), and your current "split" with your Broker. Estimates will be based on 3 sales per year. Plan 1 puts almost $9,000 in your pocket vs. the $5,600 most would have received on a traditional 50/50 plan. That's $3000+ MORE TO YOU for doing the same 3 deals! If your on Plan 1 and you have ZERO sales for a year, your total cost is $600. Is it worth $50 a month to keep your license active and have the ability to make thousands when the opportunity presents itself? Don't let the time and money you've already invested go to waste!!

The "Average" Agent

This model will appeal to the agents that are closing a deal every other month or so. These estimates have been based on an average sales price of $125,000, average commission of 3% (one side participation), and your current "split" with your Broker. Estimates will be based on 6 sales per year. If your current split is anywhere between 50/50 and 70/30, Plan 1 or Plan 2 will allow you to keep more money - as much as $7000 more! Hopefully you are beginning to see the trend and the different ways to evaluate which plan is best for you, your business and your pocket book.

This model will appeal to the agents that are closing a deal or two most every month. They have built a consistent practice and are solid producers. These estimates have been based on an average sales price of $150,000, average commission of 3% (one side participation), and your current "split" with your Broker. Estimates will be based on 18 sales per year. This is where things start getting really exciting!  Ever heard of a "no-brainer"? Why wouldn't you want to to pay $100 to $300 a month and keep $15,000 - $40,000 MORE each year! Think of all the things you could do (for your family or your business) with an extra $20,000 a year?
